A very 'high-ISO' and image stabilised shot, necessary in the gloom late this evening, but a moment of history nevertheless, the first visit to Newcastle Airport of new Turkish carrier Turkuaz Airlines, who began a new weekly Dalaman charter flight with one of two Airbus A.321s in the fleet TC-TCE. The aircraft is the one-time G-BXAW of Airworld and as such had made two previous landings here, operating a day-trip charter to Prague on Wednesday 29th October 1997.
