The first of two unusual liveries to be seen on BAe146s at Newcastle Airport today, the lunch-time Lufthansa Dusseldorf scheduled service was flown by Eurowings -200 D-AEWD, the aircraft wearing the new Lufthansa Regional tail design but not titles. Interestingly the machine had visited Newcastle Airport just once previously as a Eurowings aeroplane during October 1998, but had visited prior to that as an Air UK and SABENA aircraft.
