The Newcastle Aviation Academy received their training airframe today, the ex-Westair Boeing 737-200 C-GWJO arriving at Newcastle Airport this morning on its last ever flight. The aircraft was towed into position on the site of the old NEI hangar, and markings were applied later in the day. The aircraft is seen in these photographs about to be enclosed by a fence, and before the application of these titles/logos.
