New Britannia Airways colour-scheme photo special - the new corporate identity of the Preussag group, of which Britannia Airways is a part of, is the 'World of TUI', and this is the striking new colour-scheme to be worn by aircraft flown by the group's airlines. Boeing 757 G-BYAP is the first aircraft in the fleet to be re-painted and these pictures were taken on the scheme's first departure from Newcastle Airport, on the afternoon of Friday 14th December.
Interesting features of the new livery are the stylised 'TUI' on the fin, the 'subdued' titles on the forward fuselage, and for the enthusiast the enlarged 'Boeing 757' titling also on the forward fuselage, very much reminiscent of Boeing demonstrator colour-schemes. I like it !!
